Georgia SB61
The governor of Georgia, Nathan Deal, signed Senate Bill 61 yesterday. This brings some changes to the Self-Storage facility Act in the state of Georgia. Some of the notable changes are:

This bill will go into effect on July 1st of 2013 and was sponsored by Senator Jesse Stone of the 23rd.
